For the Systems Analyst position, there are a series of steps the successful candidate must complete.

Application For Employment
Fill out our Application for Employment. Candidates will be asked to attach a resume and cover letter with the application.

Aptitude Assessment
All candidates will be asked to attend Career Night at Ruralogic. During the Career Night the candidates will sign up to take the Aptitude Assessment. Once signed up, the candidate will take the Aptitude Assessment through an e-mail generated link sent from Ruralogic followed by a brief interview with a Ruralogic team member at the Ruralogic Headquarters if the candidate successfully passes the Aptitude Assessment.

Apply to Northwest State Community College
Pending the results from the Aptitude Assessment and the brief interview, the candidate may be eligible to apply to Northwest State Community College. Northwest State Community College will contact each candidate that passed the Aptitude Assessment, will have them apply to the institution, schedule and take the Compass Exam(If the candidate has not done so), and schedule the ICDL Knowledge Assessment Exam.

ICDL Knowledge Assessment
All candidates will be required to take and pass the ICDL Knowledge Assessment Exam prior to being accepted into the Database Programming Certification Course. There is a $75 fee for the ICDL Knowledge Assessment Exam. This will be refunded when the candidate becomes an employee at Ruralogic.

Database Programming Certification Course
The candidate will be placed into the Database Programming Certification program at Northwest State Community College after passing the ICDL Knowledge Assessment, and has obtained funding for the program in one of three ways: Financial Aid, W.I.A., or self-funding.

Skills Certification Assessment
All candidates are required to take a Skills Certification Assessment after completing the Database Programming Certification Course. This is the final assessment prior to being eligible for employment with Ruralogic.

Formal Interview
All candidates receiving the certification from the course and passing the Skills Certification Assessment will be invited to Ruralogic to go through the formal interview process.

Ruralogic Employee
The candidate will officially become a Ruralogic employee after successfully interviewing with Ruralogic and passing the appropriate background, employment verification and drug tests.

Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst will develop software for a variety of platforms to meet the needs of an organization or business. The Systems Analyst must understand the general or project objectives of the business, as well as what each individual user requires. Click here for full listing.
